Here’s a nice wooden villa right on the beach. The open living area opens onto a porch overlooking the beach. I brought additional lighting to supplement the existing lights and create more even light.
I just finished photographing a very nice beachfront home at Parrot Tree Plantation. It’s got nice high ceilings and large windows that show the sea view. I use studio strobes to light the interior spaces so the final image shows both inside and out.
Here’s some cool shots from a luxury eco lodge that I’ve been shooting for. It’s the Lodge at Pico Bonito. They needed a wide variety of photos for a number of uses. This vacation rental home has high vaulted ceilings and a hilltop view of the ocean. The large windows bring a lot of light into the living space. In addition to the interior photos, I also returned in the evening to get some dusk shots showing the exterior.
